Gold Pass terms and conditions

  1. Gold Pass memberships are available for 12 month periods only.
  2. Gold Pass members wishing to extend expiry dates must provide a written application for an extension of expiry date to the Venue Manager that identifies genuine reason supported by a medical certificates, letter from a medical practitioner, letter from your employer or explanation of extenuating circumstances. Applications for extension of expiry date that qualify will be calculated from the first date of the unused portion of the membership, but extension of membership will not exceed 84 days, plus an administration fee of $33 is applicable.
  3. Gold Pass members wishing to suspend their membership must provide a written application to the Venue Manager. Each suspension will be a minimum of 14 days and maximum 28 days. There is a maximum of 3 suspensions per member per year and notice of suspension of membership must be given 48 hours prior to the date.
  4. Gold Pass members wishing to cancel their membership must provide written applications for a refund to the Venue Manager supported by a medical certificates, letter from a medical practitioner, letter from your employer or explanation of extenuating circumstances. Refunds that qualify will be calculated from the date the application is received and based on a pro rata rate for the unused portion of the membership, less an administration fee of $33.
  5. Gold Pass memberships must be paid in full on application, unless a Direct Debit Authorisation (credit card only) has been completed for a quarterly instalment payment option. Monthly instalments are deducted on the 28th day of the month, quarterly instalments are deducted on the 84th day of the quarter, and half yearly instalments are deducted on the 168th day of the year with all payments made in advance from a credit card. A $2.75 administration fee applies for every instalment payment deducted. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure sufficient credit is available on the nominated credit account to meet a drawing of the amount on the due date. If the amount debited is returned unpaid, members will be liable to pay the full amount, any bank related charges incurred and an administration fee of $33.
  6. The Centre will give members at least fourteen (14) days notice in writing when changes to the initial terms of any membership change.
  7. The Centre must be notified of any changes to credit card account, address and contact details. Any changes to the membership must be made in writing and signed by the member to ensure confidentiality of account details and accuracy of records.
  8. Venue Management reserves the right to suspend or expel any member / patron failing to comply with the Range Rules, or for conduct improper and in any way detrimental to the best interest of the Venue as deemed by Venue Management.
  9. All members are entitled to trial the Venue for a period of seven (7) days after the purchase of the membership. During this time members may choose to withdraw from their membership without cost to them. The cooling off period allows for a member to continue their existing membership within seven (7) days after purchase.'
  10. LOST CARDS – All members must present their valid Gold Pass card upon each entry to the Centre. Please notify Venue Management Staff if you have lost or misplaced your card.
  11. The SISC Gold Pass entitles the holder unlimited use of the 10m, 25m, 50m and Finals Ranges during normal operating hours at the Sydney International Shooting Centre (SISC), and upon availability.
  12. Minimum payment of $895.00 per year is required for the adult Gold Pass Membership.
  13. Major Events will take priority over Range Use.
  14. This pass does not entitle the holder the use of the Ballistic Test Range and Scatt Machine. Extra fees apply.
  15. This pass does not include competition match fees which are payable to other associations, however will entitle entry into SISC matches, such as the SISC Challenge and SISC Monthly Medal.
  16. The pass is not transferable to other users of the centre.
  17. Sport and Recreation has a privacy policy to protect the information you provide us with. The information you have voluntarily given us will be stored by the Sport and Recreation and only used by the Sport and Recreation staff. You can access your information to check or change it by calling, emailing, or faxing us at the contact details on your Gold Pass. If you no longer want to receive your requested information please simply let us know.
