Silver Pass terms and conditions

  1. Silver Passes are available for the duration of chosen periods only from the date of first visit (monthly, quarterly, or half yearly).
  2. The date of first visit must be within six months from month of issue. It is the holder’s responsibility to ensure the Silver Pass is redeemed before the expiry date.
  3. There are no extensions, no credits for change of mind, and no refunds for Silver Passes.
  4. Silver Pass holders must pay the applicable fee in full upon application. There are no instalment options for Silver Passes.
  5. A Silver Pass does not include firearm club membership.
  6. Silver Pass (card) is available for pick up only. Additional fees may apply upon requests for delivery.
  7. For a discounted rate, a valid pension card and an acceptable form of photo ID (e.g. passport) must be presented. For minors (12-17 year old), a birth certificate or acceptable form of photo ID must be presented (e.g. passport). The balance of the applicable fees apply if this requirement is not met.
  8. Silver Pass holders must have a valid, current and appropriate firearm license and must be in the name of the Silver Pass holder upon each visit/use of the Shooting Centre. If your firearm license expires during your Silver Pass period, no applicable refunds, suspensions or credits will be provided with respect to the Silver Pass. Fees may apply if you do not present your valid Silver Pass.
  9. The Shooting Centre reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions applicable to Silver Passes.  The Shooting Centre will give Silver Pass holders at least fourteen (14) days notice in writing when changes to the initial terms and conditions of any membership are varied.
  10. The Shooting Centre must be notified of any changes to credit card accounts, addresses and contact details of Silver Pass holders. The Shooting Centre must be advised of any changes to personal details in writing, dated and signed by the Silver Pass holder to ensure confidentiality of account details and accuracy of records.
  11. Venue Management reserves the right to suspend or expel any member / patron failing to comply with the Range Rules and General Rules, or for conduct considered to be improper or in any way detrimental to the best interests of the Shooting Centre in the opinion of the management of the Shooting Centre. No refunds will be provided.
  12. LOST CARDS – All members must present their valid Silver Pass upon each entry to the Shooting Centre. Please notify the Shooting Centre if you have lost or misplaced your card. Lost or stolen Silver Passes will not be replaced.
  13. The Silver Pass entitles the holder unlimited use of the 10m, 25m, and 50m ranges during normal operating hours at the Shooting Centre, dependent upon the availability of the ranges. The Shooting Centre reserves the right at its absolute discretion to give priority to major events, the Try Shooting program and other competitions.
  14. The Silver Pass does not entitle the holder to use of the Ballistic Test Range or the SCATT Machine.  The Silver Pass also does not afford any entitlement to coaching, the Try Shooting program (under a P650 and with a club), pre-event training or additional services not clearly specified in these terms and conditions. Extra fees apply.
  15. This Pass does not include competition match fees which are payable to other associations, however it will entitle entry into SISC matches, such as the SISC Challenge and SISC Monthly Medal.
  16. The Pass is not transferable to other users of the Shooting Centre.
  17. The Office of Sport has a privacy policy to protect the information you provide us with. The information you have voluntarily given us will be stored by the Office of Sport and only used by the Office of Sport staff for the purpose for which it was collected. You can access your information to check or change it by calling, emailing or faxing us at the contact details shown on your Silver Pass.
